TR4A is for you. TR4A (Transparencia Radical for All) is a project to create a methodology for making an organization as transparent as possible while being manageable.

We have just launch our transparent accounting (nothing but a google docs embedded in our blog) but it works (for the moment).

TR4A is collaborative, and it is in its building process, so you can provide your own examples, methods, etc.
